Amplusnet launched in November 2006 its first community portal: Blocks4.NET - .NET Components for .NET Developers.

Blocks4.NET is aimed primarily to those software developers who use the .NET technology and want to reduce development time by using components. Blocks4.NET it also offers the possibility for producers to submit their components and for community developers to announce the latest news.

After 6 months from the launch, the portal has gathered more than 150 manufacturers of .NET components that exposed more than 350 products. Registration is free, unlike other portals (ComponentSource.com, Xtras.net, DevDirect.com). Another feature of the portal is that can be found also free or open source products.

With over 10,000 unique visitors per month, Blocks4.NET represents one of the main sources of information for .NET developers.
