Software Quality Assurance Testing is an integral and critical phase of any software development project thus for delivering Quality Projects both Quality Management and Quality Processes are utmost important. As main tools we use problem tracking systems (MS Share Point Portal), test planning, test cases, standards and automated acceptance and regression tools.

Customer Service and Communication

Developing near shore outsourcing projects for European partners we have synchronized our working hours to those of our clients enhancing communication during the development process. The client corresponds directly with the project manager or with the developer (if requires) by: e-mail, phone, chat, video conference.

Maintenance and Guaranties

We give our clients six months warranty after the final delivery for all bug-fixing, etc. After the warranty period, we sign a separate monthly or quarterly support/maintenance contract with you, so that you continue to get ongoing support. Feature enhancements and developments are handled as separate contracts.
